REVIEW

I said what I said. I love Chainsaw Man, it’s hilarious and bizarre and entertaining. BUT, I find Kaiju no.8 full of better characters and more memorable moments. Both are great, but if held to one or the other, Kaiju no.8 takes the crown. Kafka Hibino (MC) reminds me of a great mix of both Dekku & Kacchan from My Hero Academia, and it’s perfect. My favorite character is Hoshina who’s just awesome. He’s flawed yet OP, powerful yet super-humble, and he’s driven. I could go on, but this book is a MUST READ! If you like Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, Pacific Rim, and/or My Hero Academia, you’ll really love this series.
