I read this book when it first came out. Years later I have come back to it and I love it even more. I had forgotten some important players in the story and was once again thrilled by Eragon’s growth through the story, Saphira’s powerful personality and sass, and the twists and turns they took along the way. Years later this book still stands well on its own.
